Conagra Brands in Darien, WI a local supplier of Birds Eye products, is seeking qualified individuals to fill a tally checker role in the production department for 3rd shift. Reporting to Production Supervisors, you will work on-site at one of Conagra's largest manufacturing facilities with over 800 employees. As a Tally Checker at Conagra Brands, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of frozen product usage and packaging compliance. You will maintain detailed records, verify product quality, and support production operations by ensuring all materials and equipment are available and in proper condition. This position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Physically capable of performing all job duties.
• Knowledge of and willingness to follow all safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bulk frozen usage reports for each day's production.
• Complete and attach pallet tickets to each pallet of frozen goods produced.
• Inform the supervisor of any product defects related to dehydration or contamination.
• Record unused or partial bins, including type, supports, contents, and weight.
• Remove, replace, or repair tickets on bulk bins as needed.
• Verify that cases, dividers, and day codes are correct.
• Ensure proper pallets, slip sheets, supports, and other tools are available and in good working condition.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
