About The Position

The Talent Team Intern will gain hands-on experience in the Sports and Entertainment industry by working closely with the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and University Relations departments. This role focuses on employee development, training, brand building, and recruiting, providing a comprehensive understanding of the foundational support the TALENT Team offers.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled college student
• Preferred major in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication
• Proficiency using Canva and/or other design tools
• Ability to visit local venues as needed
• Ability to multitask with confidence
• Proficiency with PC/Windows computers with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook (PowerPoint is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Gain insight into strategies supporting recruitment efforts
• Support the creation of training documents
• Provide insight into the college campus experience to support our continued relationship building with universities
• Participate in regular meetings to understand the needs of a global organization
• Shadow department leaders
• Perform other duties as assigned
