About The Position
The Human Resources Talent Systems Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for Virginia Tech's talent management systems, specifically supporting Applicant Tracking, Performance Management, and Learning Management applications. This position focuses on system administration, user access management, process improvement, and technical support. The administrator works closely with HR stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth system operation, configuration of workflows, implementation of enhancements, and data integrity. The position is responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation and delivering training support as required.
