AT&T is in search of a Talent Strategy & Tech Enablement Lead to be responsible for supporting HR functions, including performance management, talent management, and organizational development, to align with business objectives. The individual will lead analysis, reporting, and technology enablement for the Talent Planning & Development team, serve as a strategic partner to HR and technology teams, and develop insights that shape enterprise-wide talent strategies Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: HR Policy and Compliance: Providing consultation on HR policies and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies & legal compliance. Evaluating and auditing current policies to minimize costs and maintain up-to-date procedures in line with industry trends and regulations. Performance Management: Supporting performance appraisal processes and aligning HR policies with business unit needs. Strategic HR Planning: Conducting strategic planning activities and managing the alignment of HR guidelines to corporate strategies. Ensuring HR policies and programs reflect best practices and comply with legal requirements. Vendor and External Relations Management: Managing vendors to optimize cost and service delivery, including performance negotiations and contract management. HR Technology Partnership & Workday Enablement: Partner closely with the HR Technology team to ensure Workday Talent, Succession, and related modules function in a way that optimally supports talent strategies. Define and translate business requirements into system enhancements, configuration updates, and user experience improvements. Collaborate with HR Tech to troubleshoot data issues, validate system outputs, and support ongoing optimization within Workday. Talent Data Architecture & Systems Integration: Key role in the integration of Talent Management data into Nexus, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with enterprise data architecture. Partner with cross functional teams (Tech, Data Governance, Talent COEs) to establish data definitions, flows, and standards that support scalable reporting. Process Improvement & Technology Enablement: Identify opportunities to streamline talent processes, simplify data collection, and optimize user experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data tools, templates, workflows, and reporting mechanisms. Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to client consultation, business intelligence, negotiation with carriers and brokers, designing business requirements, continuous improvement, talent management, severance plans, and/or surplus.
