About The Position

The Talent Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. This position drives strategic hiring initiatives, enhances candidate experience, and supports workforce planning efforts across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or high-volume environment.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization.
  • Skilled in influencing, negotiation, and consultative collaboration.
  • High learning agility; able to adapt to new business variables and platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective project management capability.
  • Self-directed, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • High degree of professional maturity, integrity, and ability to maintain confidential data and information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • All employees are required to have smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Okta Verify and Microsoft Authenticator.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Post job openings on internal and external platforms and manage applicant flow.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruiting events.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by management.
