About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity to work in our Human Resources team as a Talent Specialist, part of Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, based in Miami, FL. In addition to assistance with all facets of general global recruitment, this position provides Talent Acquisition oversight to client groups, globally, to ensure that all is functioning efficiently & smoothly. This position is responsible for recruitment, inclusive of assigning & managing the overall performance of the talent partners as well as process. The position will partner with regional colleagues/partners to execute on recruiting related topics. Improve recruiting processes operations through recognizing opportunities & implementing change for improvement.
