  • Flexibility to travel at least 50% of the time; remote candidates may require up to 75% travel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with a high level of accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to secure speaking engagements and podcasts.
  • Conduct research to identify high-value opportunities and prospects.
  • Build relationships with event coordinators, talent managers, and decision-makers through cold prospecting and direct communication.
  • Manage the initial booking confirmation stages and hand off finalized details to the scheduling team.
  • Oversee on-site management of speaking events and podcasts at both in-office studio and external venues.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies to highlight the speaker's value to potential clients.
  • Develop strong social branding on all channels to build speaker awareness and create increased demand.
  • Collaborate with the speaker to develop replicable event acquisition and outreach systems.
  • Create a seamless process to ensure consistent, professional engagement with clients.
