About The Position

Leads building the sourcing and candidate pipeline process for the organization. Supports and assists the recruitment function by sourcing and developing candidate pipelines to deliver the very best talent to meet operational need. Uses various methods and resources to identify, attract, and deliver top talent. Our team is committed to innovation, collaboration, and excellence in everything we do. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future by identifying and engaging with exceptional candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, business or related and/or Associates degree with equivalent experience, required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in full cycle recruitment and/or talent sourcing, required.
  • High proficiency in sourcing tools, required including: social media, cold calling, professional networking, blogging, Career and Professional Association sites and Boolean searches.
