The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner will be responsible for identifying and assessing passive candidates for current and future openings. This role will manage sourcing channels and ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool. The position can be based at a NerdWallet office or geographically remote in the US. This role reports to the TA Ops Lead. Where you can make an impact: Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters on developing and executing sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate for current and upcoming openings Attend recruitment strategy meetings to understand and develop an ideal candidate profile, the role’s impact on the business, career path, etc. In partnership with the DEI TA Manager, build diverse pipelines to ensure alignment with the DEI strategy and goals Leverage external partnerships and attract passive candidates to build future pipelines You are: Collaborative and curious: you are a lifelong learner and dive into domains you might have never experienced A strong communicator: you can communicate with all levels of internal business partners and colleagues, adapting with poise and a focus on the ideal path forward Influential: you can create high touch experiences and the demonstrated capacity to close even the most passive of candidates Your experience: We recognize not everyone will meet all the criteria.
