As a Talent Solutions Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Solutions team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining dynamic reports, dashboards, and metrics. Additionally, you will assist with various Talent Solutions projects, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

  • Assist in collecting, analyzing and interpreting recruitment, onboarding, assessment and performance data to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics.
  • Conduct research on HR trends, best practices and benchmarking data.
  • Support the Talent Solutions team in various projects, including employee surveys, performance management initiatives, and talent engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze data as needed.
  • Participate in Talent Solutions meetings and contribute to discussions on data-driven strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
  • Generate project metrics and status reports to provide visibility into project progress.
  • Continuously measure project performance and communicate key issues to leadership.
  • Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Prior experience or coursework in HR Analytics is a plus.
