Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to add value both independently and as a team member
  • Demonstrate professionalism with ability to engage effectively to build rapport across all employee levels; management, staff, customers, vendors, contractors and others
  • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
  • Use strong oral/written communication and organizational skills to consistently exceed internal and external customers' expectations
  • Disciplined, detail-oriented, organized, and thorough self-starter
  • Demonstrated skill in organizing resources, establishing priorities and motivating stakeholders
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with staffing or contingent agencies a plus
  • Experience recruiting in a construction, industrial or a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture
  • Responsible for reviewing and screening contractor workers submitted by agencies
  • Partner with hiring managers on their contract worker hiring needs
  • Communicate offers to agencies for selected contract workers
  • Ensure correct markup rates are submitted
  • Work closely with agencies to ensure they are meeting the role requirements
  • Oversee contract worker onboarding with the agencies and ensure all requirements are met
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with the hiring managers and agencies
  • Maintain accurate and current applicant database
  • Other Duties as assigned
  • The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics
