About The Position
We're looking for an experienced Talent Research & Intelligence Manager to join our Talent Engagement team. You will be based hybrid out of our headquarters in San Jose, CA (going into the office 3 times a week), or remotely across the US. Reporting to the Director of Talent Engagement, you'll be responsible for managing requests and generating talent intelligence reports and presentations that will provide insights into Talent Acquisition pipelines. You will provide quantitative and qualitative analyses to map talent worldwide for the business, partner with leadership to understand business needs and synthesize the narrative into talent strategies using data and insights, partner closely with the recruiting teams to guide talent strategies and support OKRs, and create ad hoc talent reports on request.
