The recruiter is responsible to bring top talent into the hospital. Recruiters serve as consultants to the hiring managers in their assigned areas around identifying, attracting and selecting the best talent possible for their positions. Responsibilities include: screening candidates for positions, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process. Once a selection is made, the recruiter is responsible to work with the hiring manager to determine appropriate offer and coordinate the offer, orientation, and pre-employment screening.
