About The Position

The recruiter is responsible to bring top talent into the hospital. Recruiters serve as consultants to the hiring managers in their assigned areas around identifying, attracting and selecting the best talent possible for their positions. Responsibilities include: screening candidates for positions, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process. Once a selection is made, the recruiter is responsible to work with the hiring manager to determine appropriate offer and coordinate the offer, orientation, and pre-employment screening. If you are selected for this position, you will be asked to supply your immunization records as proof of vaccination. If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years experience as an HR generalist with significant staffing requirements, experience with a search firm or as a coordinator in a fast paced recruiting environment.
  • HS diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years experience prior work experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

  • Screen candidates and review resume to confirm qualifications
  • Fills assigned requisitions
  • Contribute to process improvements and recruitment initiatives
