About The Position

The Talent Project Manager is responsible for applying advanced project management knowledge to oversee medium to large internal projects with moderate to high complexity. This role involves planning, monitoring, and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business strategies and efficient workflow. The manager will lead project planning activities, define project scope, manage resources, and report on project performance while implementing improvements to processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive related experience in consulting, project management, or process improvement.
• Advanced understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Developed skills in implementing processes, standards, and operational plans.
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing complex projects and issue resolution.
• Advanced cost and risk management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in risk management.
• Working knowledge of business matters, finance, planning, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Leads or coordinates project planning activities for medium/large, moderately/highly complex projects.
• Defines problems and scope parameters, organizes project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, and develops project schedules.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with all stakeholders and manages resources throughout the project.
• Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Reports on the status of projects including key performance indicators (KPIs), cost, timing, and staffing.
• Performs risk management to minimize project risks and identifies/resolves obstacles to project completion.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
