About The Position

Preferred candidates will live within a commutable distance from our Longmont, CO or Rancho Cordova, CA office . The Talent Programs Specialist supports the delivery of approved enterprise talent initiatives by managing projects, building program and learning materials, and implementing processes in Workday and related systems. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, supporting performance management, talent development, inclusion, employee experience, and required learning initiatives. The role works across changing talent priorities, translating approved designs into operational, scalable solutions. This role works closely with HR partners, program owners, and HR technology teams to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting talent, HR, HRIS, or people programs
  • Experience working in Workday and SharePoint or similar HR platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide or cross-functional talent programs
  • Strong writing and content development skills, including creation of job aids, guides, or enablement materials
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and basic instructional design practices
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization

Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout and ongoing delivery of talent programs across performance management, development, inclusion, employee experience, and required learning
  • Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and launch coordination for talent initiatives and program rollouts
  • Develop and maintain communications, presentations, toolkits, and job aids, for talent programs
  • Maintain learning and talent content in Workday and SharePoint, ensuring it is accurate, consist, and easy to use
  • Translate approved program designs into documented system and process requirements
  • Partner with HRIT to support configuration, build, and delivery of talent processes and content
  • Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and support resolution through deployment
  • Monitor completion data and support reporting, tracking, and audit readiness for talent and required learning programs
  • Adjust focus across initiatives based on business priorities and peak workload periods
