This position will be responsible for managing, driving, implementing, and developing critical talent management initiatives to strengthen our talent and accelerate 7-Eleven's cultural and business transformation. This may include projects and programs related to performance management, HRP (Human Resource Planning), succession planning and internal talent pools to inform decision-making, improving efficiency and usability of talent management solutions. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and drive to deliver results, while possessing high levels of resiliency, adaptability, and seasoned judgement. Being equipped with the relational skills and organizational savvy needed to work effectively within and across functions to gain stakeholder buy-in and drive meaningful business impact will also be critical to success.
