About The Position
This role will lead programs focused on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management through driving projects, processes, programs, and tools in support of strategic business initiatives. The Program Manager will work collaboratively with human resources partners, business stakeholders, cross functional teams, and business customers to define the strategy, framework, policies, workflows, technology, and operating model for delivering Talent solutions across the organization, bringing together all key participants in advancing programs from start to finish.
