Flow Traders is looking for talented Java Engineers to join our Product Development team in New York and Chicago. Our engineers continuously improve our proprietary trading platform by writing efficient and performant code, designing new and innovative solutions, and maintaining existing systems with a focus on low latency and stability. We work in small business-aligned teams and follow agile practices to adapt quickly to the ever-changing markets. Collaboration with Trading teams creates swift feedback loops and immediate insights into the value of each change. We maintain shared libraries, encourage code re-use, and continuously evolve our application architecture.
