About The Position

As a Talent Partner within Pearson's Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will oversee the entire talent selection process, contributing to the company's goal of becoming a talent and skills-based organization. Your role will involve enhancing the candidate and manager experience, implementing innovative hiring strategies, and utilizing data to influence recruitment decisions. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a best-in-class recruitment experience while promoting diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in recruiting across various roles, especially in Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and presenting business updates.
  • Ability to operate as a strategic talent partner across all positions.
  • Experience in leveraging market insights and data for hiring decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end proactive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong customer service orientation towards candidates and hiring managers.
  • Positive, collaborative, agile, and adaptable mindset.
  • Familiarity with new technologies to automate recruitment tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR teams to identify hiring needs and skills gaps.
  • Leverage various sourcing tools to find the best candidates quickly.
  • Own and control the full end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring teams to drive recruitment excellence.
  • Monitor and drive personal performance against pre-set criteria.
  • Collaborate with peers and HR teams to provide agile support.
  • Use data to influence business decisions regarding talent.
  • Champion diversity and unbiased hiring practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new recruitment technologies.
