About The Position

As a Talent Partner at Omnicell, you’ll be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, driving talent strategies that fuel innovation and growth. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, shape workforce planning, and champion inclusive hiring practices that reflect our values and mission. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored hiring solutions that align with business goals. Your ability to influence, innovate, and execute will directly impact our ability to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including strategic partnership with hiring managers and sourcing teams
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
  • Strong command of recruitment tools, ATS platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Oracle), and sourcing strategies
  • Experience using data to drive hiring decisions and improve outcomes
  • Deep understanding of talent market trends, especially in technology and healthcare
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience leading or contributing to DEI hiring initiatives
  • Proficiency in tools like Eightfold, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and Excel
  • Project management experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and long-term talent goals.
  • Provide consultative guidance on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer—ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to build diverse pipelines across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Use talent analytics to inform decisions, optimize time-to-fill, and improve quality of hire.
  • Present insights and progress updates to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Work closely with People Operations, L&D, and DEI teams to align hiring with onboarding, performance, and retention strategies.
  • Contribute to broader talent initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle.
  • Embed DEI principles into every stage of the hiring process.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract underrepresented talent and foster a culture of belonging.
  • Build strong, transparent relationships with hiring managers and executive leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering proactive communication, market insights, and strategic counsel.
