RESPONSIBILITIES: The Talent Partner leads the people strategies, processes, and experiences across the talent lifecycle of recruitment, integration, performance management, and employee development. The Talent Partner serves as the strategic advisor in attracting, recruiting, onboarding and integrating Adelante Mujeres' most valuable asset, its employees. The Talent Partner is responsible for ensuring a compliant and efficient hiring process that delivers a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. The Talent Partner oversees Adelante Mujeres' learning and development program that aligns with organizational priorities and supports employee growth and development. The Talent Partner will collaborate with department directors and managers to coach on performance management and employee development strategies. The Talent Partner may provide support and coverage as needed to the HR Generalist responsible for benefits administration and policy management. The Talent Partner reports to the People & Culture Director.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Adult Education or a related field
  • Minimum of three years' experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Minimum of two years' facilitating presentations and leading and creating training
  • Knowledge of employment law and legislation, recruitment tools, and learning platforms
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of people, including excellent verbal and written communication
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • Critical thinking and collaboration skills
  • Ability to be resourceful, drive efficiencies and problem-solve effectively
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong commitment to the mission of the organization, environmental sustainability, and employee well-being
  • Complete Criminal Background Registry
  • Must have reliable transportation and ability to arrive to worksites consistently

Responsibilities

  • Designs and implements full cycle recruitment process, from attraction strategies to candidate screening to offer development
  • Collaborates with hiring managers, interview panel teams, and other administrative functions across the hiring process
  • Coordinate and conduct New Hire Orientation, including presentation and employee materials
  • Designs and develops training programs, materials, and resources with target learner segmentation, using adult learning principles and culturally specific best practices
  • Designs, coordinates, and facilitates presentations to staff groupings of varying sizes, backgrounds, and learning styles
  • Provides coaching to supervisors and staff to support employee development and skills-building, and to address performance gaps as needed
