About The Position

The Talent Partner at ABB, INC. plays a crucial role in enhancing the talent acquisition experience by collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers. This position focuses on developing targeted sourcing and attraction strategies while acting as a trusted advisor to the business. The role emphasizes excellence in recruitment processes and maintaining data quality to drive insights for informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree with 5+ years of professional HR experience in a high performing global organization or an RPO (or similar) company.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the business and an ABB ambassador to candidates by understanding hiring needs and delivering targeted sourcing and attraction strategies.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business and proactively build relationships with hiring managers to strategically advise them on talent matters throughout the talent acquisition process.
• Facilitate a transparent, evidence-based talent acquisition process while acting as a recruitment project manager and subject matter expert.
• Recommend new practices, processes, or policies to improve the Talent Acquisition function.
• Maintain data quality and enable on-demand data to drive insights and informed decision-making.
