As a Talent Partner, you will: Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts, supporting high-volume operations hiring while partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract and hire talent aligned to Revecore’s business goals. The Role: Owns full-cycle recruiting for high-volume operations roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience Develops and executes scalable sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality candidate slates Uses data, market insights, and AI tools to identify talent pools and improve hiring outcomes
