As a Talent Partner, you will: Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts, supporting high-volume operations hiring while partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract and hire talent aligned to Revecore’s business goals. You will focus on building strong talent pipelines, shaping effective hiring strategies, and continuously improving recruiting outcomes through data, insights, and process optimization in a fast-paced environment. The Role: Owns full-cycle recruiting for high-volume operations roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience Develops and executes scalable sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality candidate slates Uses data, market insights, and AI tools to identify talent pools and improve hiring outcomes

Requirements

  • More than 7 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume or cohort hiring, coordinating sourcing, interviews, and offers to support large hiring waves
  • Proven ability to proactively solve recruiting challenges and deliver on hiring goals
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in recruiting, with a strong interest in advancing their use to drive efficiency and results
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
  • A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.
  • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
  • Must reside in the United States within one of the states listed below: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin
