The Talent and Organization Effectiveness Manager will lead initiatives that enhance organizational performance through organizational design, strategic workforce planning, talent management and change management. This role is responsible for designing and executing programs that improve business outcomes, build organizational capability, and drive transformation. A key focus will be leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics to optimize workforce strategies and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to diagnose organizational challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and implement sustainable change.
