About The Position

SAGE Dining Services is seeking an experienced Talent and Organizational Development Training Specialist to join the newest team in our Human Resources Department. Reporting to the Director of Talent and Organizational Development, you will be on the ground floor of this important part of our employee's life cycle. SAGE's mission is to create exceptional dining experiences that delight the senses, inspire minds and foster community. Wouldn't you like to be part of the team that supports the employees that make that happen every day? You will facilitate our learning and development programs, workshops, and courses, both in-person and virtually. You will administer performance management and succession planning processes and analyze the data to ensure KPIs are met. You will be responsible for the administration of the LMS. This position is on-site at SAGE's home office in Lutherville, MD.
