The Talent Operations Manager is a key driver in enhancing the systems, processes, and tools that power the talent acquisition and management efforts. Focus will be on improving efficiency, enabling scalability, and aligning talent operations with the company's growth and long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Over 7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or HR operations, with a focus on process optimization and change leadership.
  • Experience in talent operations in the electrical distribution industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human capital management (HCM) systems.

Responsibilities

  • Streamlines and standardizes recruitment and talent management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously evaluates and enhances recruitment workflows, tools, and technologies.
  • Evaluates and implements talent management software and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent operations processes.
  • Drives the adoption and utilization of new technologies.
  • Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of talent operations initiatives.
  • Generates regular reports and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Partners with HR, business leaders, and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provides effective solutions.
  • Collaborates with external vendors and partners to enhance talent operations capabilities.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and innovation within talent operations.
  • Implements best practices and drives initiatives to enhance the overall candidate and employee experience.
