About The Position

In this role as Talent & Operations Lead for Quantis US, you will sit at the intersection of support and business functions and in a unique position to drive the talent agenda and its successful implementation, supporting each Quantisian in our mission to accelerate sustainable change. You will be a strategic operations partner to the Managing Director (MD) leading Quantis US and ensure alignment between talent strategy, operational capacity, staffing efficiency and financial performance. You will report directly to the MD and functionally to the Global Talent & Operations Lead. Managing a team of 2 people, your key responsibilities will be as follows: Partner with Consulting Leadership and the Managing Director to optimize revenue operations, project structures, staffing, and performance. Monitor financial and operational KPIs (revenue, productivity, utilization, workload) and drive improvement actions to ensure business performance. Lead workforce planning and talent initiatives in collaboration with Global teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and full HR/legal compliance. Oversee recruitment, HR operations, staffing, and employee experience through effective team leadership. Serve as a trusted advisor to team leads and employees, fostering a high-performing and supportive culture across several US hubs.

Requirements

  • You are an experienced, purpose-driven Talent & Operations leader motivated to contribute to bridging sustainability and business value.
  • You bring 10+ years of operations experience in professional services; experience in strategy/management consulting is a plus.
  • You understand consulting business models and key performance levers (structured problem solving, delivery excellence, utilization, pipeline-to-capacity alignment) and are comfortable navigating associated competency frameworks and expectations.
  • You are financially fluent, with exposure to billability, forecasting, and profitability.
  • You are a trusted business partner who balances commercial priorities with employee needs, handles sensitive topics with discretion, and builds credibility quickly.
  • You align people strategy with business objectives and lead impactful talent initiatives.
  • You combine strong analytical skills with clear, empathetic communication in multicultural environments.
  • You work autonomously, collaborate effectively, and bring a strong service mindset.
  • You hold a relevant university degree and are fully fluent in English.
  • US work authorization required
  • Ability to travel occasionally in Europe, for company/team meetings
