About The Position
The Talent Operations & Innovation Manager at Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. is responsible for leading the firm's talent operations strategy across its seven offices. This role focuses on enhancing talent management strategies through innovative solutions and technology, reporting to the Director of Professional Development & Coaching. The Manager will oversee a team, manage complex projects, and ensure the effective integration of technology in talent processes, all while supporting the firm's diversity and inclusion efforts.
