The Talent Development team build individual and organisational capability and knowledge in order to meet current and strategic requirements and create a learning culture to embed capability development. The team plays a pivotal role in employee engagement by enabling teammates to deliver expertise through planned learning and development. The Talent Operations Coordinator supports activity across the Talent function, with a primary focus on ensuring the smooth operation of processes through timely and accurate administrative support. The Talent Operations Coordinator, under the guidance of the Talent Operations & Transformation Manager, provides learning and development administration and coordination activities regionally, supporting both sales and non-sales business units. The coordinator also administers multiple learning platforms and keeps abreast of any changes to the platforms, providing troubleshooting support to teammates and content management. Requirements

  • Administrative experience gained within a recruitment, training, and or HR capacity
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
  • Anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Ability to respond quickly and innovatively in order to manage and enhance reputation
  • Experience of managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently, working at pace to achieve goals against SLAs and to agreed deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the wider Talent and HR teams to support the post induction experience for new hires
  • Actively contribute continuous improvements to Insight's training processes, initiatives, and strategy
  • Support regional training activity relating to Sales and Non-Sales Functions, assisting in the design and/or execution of performance and talent management processes and programs where relevent.
  • Interface with appropriate teams to ensure training-related components of the development framework are in place.
