The Talent Operations Compliance Manager is responsible for leading the North American pre-boarding compliance team. This role drives execution on the day-to-day administrative tasks of the team related to pre-boarding. This hands-on leader collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design and project management of program implementations and initiatives that impact the associate experience.
