About The Position
Vector Solutions is hiring a Talent Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This individual will serve as the single point of contact for new hires, ensuring all necessary onboarding materials are completed timely and accurately. In addition, the role will partner with hiring leaders in advance of their new team member's start date. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail along with effective communication skills and passion to work with new team members, ensuring they feel confident of what to expect prior to joining our organization.
