About The Position

We are seeking a Talent Management Program Manager to drive operational excellence, integration, and continuous improvement across Apple’s talent management portfolio. You'll support enterprise-wide initiatives; partner closely with cross‑functional teams and People Business Partners (PBPs); and use insights to help shape scalable, equitable programs that align with Apple’s business and talent strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR/People Operations experience with at least 2 years specializing in Talent Management.
  • Proven program and project management expertise in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and drive clarity across stakeholders.
  • Experience with HR systems and people data.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
