Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered. PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, TMI Certification or equivalent certification preferred. Experience managing global projects, including data analytics and insights and change management. Evidence of global business experience, including ability to work across cultures with empathy. High emotional intelligence and ability to communicate, influence, and facilitate teamwork through strong interpersonal skills. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. Experience with SAP and Workday Experience with digital transformation - the ability to leverage technology to improve the employee experience and use data and analytics to transform the way an organization understands and makes decisions on talent Understanding of organizational psychology and experience evaluating people and organizational dynamics to improve performance
