As Apple's Talent Management Partner, you will run our talent planning program, including project management and change leadership for the annual enterprise-wide Talent Planning Event. Partnering closely with our People Business Partners (PBPs) to enable them to effectively lead talent planning within their lines of business, including building manager capability to engage in this strategic work. Continuously evaluate and evolve existing programs and resources-track how they're doing, analyze results, and implement improvements. You will partner with our analytics team to identify critical insights and share recommendations to support talent and business objectives. You will collaborate within the talent management team and with key partners to drive operational excellence across our portfolio of talent management programs.
