About The Position
IBM Talent Management is a world-class Talent function, driving significant transformation in service of delivering value to the business and ensuring our offerings are aligned with IBM's broader talent strategy. As a Talent Management Professional, you will be responsible for supporting one of our enterprise Talent Management Offering Squads including either Careers & Mobility, or Talent Intelligence & Strategy. The Performance team is responsible for delivering programs that elevate the performance of both IBM and IBMers, and ensure we have a high performing culture. The Careers & Mobility team is responsible for creating clear and engaging career experiences that help IBMers to achieve their development goals, and support IBM's labor model. The Talent Intelligence and Strategy team is responsible for building actionable recommendations from qualitative and quantitative market research about the external labor market and labor trends. On these teams, you, along with your teammates, will be responsible for collecting and analyzing external labor market trends and competitive benchmarking data, supporting a culture of continuous feedback and growth, and assisting with creating meaningful end-to-end persona-based career experiences for employees, leveraging AI tools.
