About The Position
The Talent Management Officer at the United Nations Secretariat plays a crucial role in supporting the inter-agency talent management strategy for identifying and sourcing future Resident Coordinators (RCs). This position involves coordinating development opportunities for high-potential candidates, facilitating outreach strategies to attract qualified candidates, and providing career counseling to members of the RC/HC Talent Pipeline. The officer will also be responsible for producing analytical reports on demographic trends and assisting in policy preparation related to talent management.
