The Lead Talent Management (TM) Consultant is a strategic business partner and coach who works closely with Senior Leadership, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development and Organizational Development Leadership and other organizational stakeholders to support strategic talent planning priorities. In this role, you will work across the entire organization, execute the coordination of talent planning and succession management activities to achieve business goals and create an internal bench of top talent. You'll leverage an agile, growth mindset to improve organizational talent and succession processes, increase connections, and support a strong organizational culture. In addition, you will independently build strong relationships across the organization to empower success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of HR experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in business, organizational behavior, HR management, or related field.
  • Experience in talent and succession management, learning and development, and consulting.
