About The Position

The Talent Management Business Partner IV at Hibbett Retail, Inc. is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring learning and development initiatives aimed at enhancing talent within the organization. This role focuses on creating effective learning plans and materials that align with business objectives and the developmental needs of associates. The incumbent will collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring a diverse pipeline of future leaders through innovative training programs.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in adult learning or related field (preferred); Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on talent development and learning.
  • Strong background in HR Business Partner roles.
  • Knowledge of learning theories, talent strategies, and continuous performance management models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build, produce, and roll-out learning plans for current and future needs of assigned store brands.
  • Define training needs, recommend solutions, and develop project plans to achieve deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse and cross-functional teams to create deliverables and drive value.
  • Develop and curate a range of training materials including presentations, online learning modules, and instructional guides.
  • Partner with leadership to develop a long-term strategy for future training needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to develop top talent and address employee engagement and succession needs.
  • Create and implement leadership, performance, and talent-based programs and initiatives.
  • Evaluate training platforms on user experience and make recommendations to management.
  • Perform data analytics and leverage market trends to inform actionable plans.
  • Consult with executive leaders and external vendors to create innovative talent management solutions.
