We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Vice President in the Talent Management group. The successful candidate will support key enterprise talent processes, including talent identification, succession planning, talent development, and skill frameworks. This role reports to the Head of Talent Management and plays a critical part in enabling the success of the broader Talent organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR; a focus on talent is a plus.
  • Experience in Financial Services is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading projects, including implementing change initiatives.
  • Independently executes projects, manages deadlines, and drives high‑quality delivery. Adapts when needed to deliver projects.
  • Results‑oriented with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker; sees the bigger picture and scales solutions.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to roll up their sleeves.
  • Builds strong relationships across businesses and global HR teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with confidence interacting at all organizational levels.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, motivation, and a positive “can‑do” attitude.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced, global organization.
  • Outstanding PowerPoint and Excel skills required; familiarity with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and coordination of core talent processes, including talent identification, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Execute end‑to‑end talent identification processes, including preparation of materials, tracking outcomes, identifying improvement opportunities, and securing stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop and deliver training for HR partners on talent management processes and tools.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across HR and the business to gather insights and ensure alignment on talent initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, project plans, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of talent processes.
  • Partner with the data analytics team to interpret insights and support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, propose solutions, and drive implementation.
  • Create presentations and materials for senior‑level audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Talent team, HR partners, and business leaders to coordinate processes and programs.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across businesses and regions to better understand and support their talent needs.
