About The Position

The Assistant for Talent Management has front line responsibility for handling customer service interactions, primarily through telephone and in-person interactions. The Assistant is also responsible for daily operational tasks, computerized record-keeping, filing, and general office management activities.

Requirements

  • An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Two years of office/clerical experience is required.
  • Two years of proficiency using Microsoft Office, primarily Excel (macros and pivot tables) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service interactions through telephone and in-person.
  • Perform daily operational tasks.
  • Maintain computerized record-keeping.
  • Manage filing activities.
  • Oversee general office management activities.
