About The Position
As a People team, ensuring that everyone gets the support and respect they need to grow and thrive daily, is what we strive to do! This position involves supporting Talent Management processes, assisting in implementing Talent & Performance Management processes in our HRIS (Workday), and conducting analyses to improve our programs. You will also provide support to the People Team and managers on various performance campaigns and talent programs, help stakeholders adapt to changes in Talent Management approaches, and design communication strategies for employees.
