The Talent Management and Organizational Development Principal is responsible for the effectiveness of talent and organizational development programs and practices for executive clients and their teams. The successful candidate will have be part of a team of other highly skilled and passionate professionals to help ensure that ComEd’s leadership talent performs at its best. Note this is a hybrid position based in OakBrook Terrace IL. We work in the office Tuesdays-Thursday, and occasionally on Mondays and Fridays as needed for meetings. There is also flexibility to work in our other corporate office locations across ComEd’s service territory, if business needs allow.
