As a Talent and Inclusion intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advancing our recruitment and DIBs initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. Operating with a strong equity-focused approach, the intern will assist the DIBs team in embedding the agency's Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIBs) vision and strategy across all aspects of the agency's culture, systems, policies, and practices. In addition, the intern will support recruiting efforts, manage onboarding processes, and coordinate employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable work environment. This position will be based out of Highwire PR's San Francisco office location in the heart of the financial district/Jackson Square. At Highwire PR, we believe in a flexible work environment. Interns will need to be in the office 2 days a week (Tuesday or Wednesday plus mandatory Thursdays) and can work from home on other days.
