Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience training, teaching, or coaching in sales or customer service
• Creativity to build fun, effective learning tools and materials
• Confidence leading virtual training sessions (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree or recent college graduate preferred
• Positive energy, drive, and a genuine passion for helping others grow

Responsibilities

• Teaching sales and customer service best practices that drive real performance
• Designing and updating creative training modules and tools
• Hosting dynamic virtual and in-person training sessions
• Supporting onboarding for new hires and setting them up for success
• Partnering with leadership to identify growth opportunities
• Tracking progress and celebrating wins along the way
