About The Position

The Talent & HRIS Analyst is responsible for optimizing HR technology and platforms to drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives, including recruitment and retention, and utilize HR and Company approved platforms to create and distribution associate communications and resources. This role reports directly to the HR Director. They partner with IT and business leaders to ensure HR platforms are effectively configured, data is accurate and actionable, and technology supports stronger recognition, talent acquisition, and clear, consistent employee communication across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with HRIS and ATS platforms, preferably Workforce Now.
  • Strong experience in HR and recruiting data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment and talent management processes.
  • Ability to translate business and communication needs into system and reporting solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • ADP Workforce Now or hands-on experience with Recruiting and Talent modules
  • Experience supporting employee communications through HR platforms or intranet tools
  • Experience partnering with IT or leading system-related projects

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS platform (e.g. ADP Workforce Now – HR Modules, WorkTango, Survey Tools, Compliance systems) to support recruitment, onboarding, communications, compliance and offboarding.
  • Act as the primary liaison between HR and Payroll team members, IT team, and external vendors for talent and retention related technology initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless employee and candidates experiences through integrated HR technology solutions.
  • Support applicant tracking system (ATS) functionality, job requisitions, candidate workflows, and hiring manager processes.
  • Optimize recruitment system to improve candidate experience, recruiter efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support system-related hiring initiatives, including career site updates, offer processes, and onboarding transitions.
  • Support end-to-end employee processes, including recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of talent and recruitment data across HR systems.
  • Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics to support workforce planning, recruiting effectiveness, and retention strategies.
  • Analyze talent and recruiting data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Evaluate and improve talent, recruiting, and communication processes through system automation and optimization.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support for HR, recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership.
  • Support company-wide HR and talent communications through HR systems, intranet platforms, and employee self-service tools.
  • Partner with HR and Marketing teams to enable timely, accurate, and targeted employee messaging (e.g., newsletter, policy updates, HR programs, and system changes).
  • Maintain communication workflows and content within HR technology platforms to ensure consistency and engagement.
  • Partner with cross-departmental committee to coordinate employee activity and engagement events.
