We have a culture that encourages an entrepreneurial spirit We offer multiple opportunities for development and upward mobility What You’ll Do: The Talent Development Specialist supports the execution of talent development initiatives and programs by coordinating logistics, administering learning systems, and delivering high-quality operational support. In addition, this role contributes instructional design and facilitation skills, content creation, updating learning materials, and delivering training sessions. This position is ideal for early- to mid-career professionals building expertise across instructional design, facilitation, and consulting.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Talent Learning and Development, Instructional Design, and Facilitating experience.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Foundational understanding of adult learning principles such as ADDIE or SAM
  • Experience with learning tools such as Articulate 360, Docebo, Vyond, Arist.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced Computer Skills including Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

  • Instructional Design - Develop and design learning programs, materials and solutions.
  • Facilitation - Coordinate and lead a variety of training sessions both virtually and in-person.
  • Learning Operations & Logistics - Partner with our Talent Operations team to support implementation or execution of learning programs.
  • Data & Technology - Ensure information is stored accurately in our Learning Management system and assist in tracking data and metrics.
