About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is looking for a passionate Talent Development Specialist with 4+ years of experience in training, instructional delivery, or education to join our team at the Corporate Center in Sheboygan, WI. In this role, you'll design and lead engaging learning programs that help our employees grow professionally while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and development. This position is more than delivering training sessions it's about motivating, guiding, and unlocking the potential of others. Whether your background is in corporate learning or classroom instruction, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our team's growth and success. As our Talent Development Specialist, you'll create and deliver learning experiences both in-person and virtually, tailoring programs to meet diverse employee needs. You'll manage our Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensure content is relevant and engaging, track participation, and use feedback to continuously enhance our training initiatives. Your work will include developing content, partnering with managers, and exploring innovative methods to support ongoing learning, helping employees thrive and stay connected to our culture.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or educational instruction
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles
  • Experience with LXPs, LMSs, or e-learning platforms preferred

Nice To Haves

  • ATD certifications a plus
