About The Position

We do this through comprehensive, enriched data that ensures ads are seen by real people in safe and suitable environments. We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to join our growing Talent Development team. If you are excited by technology that collects and evaluates tens of billions of events each day and all whilst making a difference to the development of our internal teams and the education of our clients, then this role is for you! As a Talent Development Specialist on our Talent Development team, you'll have the opportunity to greatly expand your knowledge of media quality technologies, Talent Development systems, processes and programs as you collaborate with the Talent Development team and build relationships with key stakeholders from across the organization. In this role, you will specifically focus on Talent Development efforts in support of the Commercial team, helping create high quality learning experiences for customer facing team members via our systems and programs. Your work will strongly impact the company-wide mission of continuous learning and development, and will also strongly impact the revenue driving activities of our Commercial organization.
