About The Position

Integrate program and project details across multiple parallel, mutually-reinforcing workstreams Support the ongoing optimization of the new organization-wide onboarding process, executing the process while providing recommendations for improvement. Manage and lead all aspects of a complex, high-volume student development program. Work across organizational boundaries to build and sustain momentum against key program objectives and priority initiatives. Work closely with program leadership to continually improve, evolve, and optimize the organization's talent apparatus.

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
• Bachelor degree
• SIX (6)+ year's of mission experience supporting intelligence community
• Demonstrated experience with program and project management.

Nice To Haves

• A Master's degree in a relevant field/discipline.
• PMP certification.
• Ability to operate autonomously, with minimal oversight, in close coordination with client senior leadership.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
