About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect to join our team to be part of an exciting opportunity. We are Engagement Management Talent Development, a team dedicated to onboarding new Engagement Management roles including Integration Architects (IA), providing role-specific education and education to the broader Engagement Management community, and providing experience and support through knowledge leadership to internal business initiatives that further innovation in Health Consulting. This position will be an internal talent development partner to Integration Architect leaders and staff deploying Oracle Health products across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service. Responsibilities

  • working with IA management and staff – our customer – to identify IA population training and performance needs
  • collaborate and propose solutions to address
  • create content and maintain it by working with Subject Matter Experts as needed
  • deliver virtual instructor-led courses and self-paced learning, such as onboarding
  • organize and facilitate community activities and events
  • collaborate with the Methodology team and Health PMO to maintain project and knowledge repositories
  • support project management matrixed partners within Health Consulting, Customer Solutions for Industries (CS4I), and broader Oracle to champion organizational imperatives.
